Kerianne Flavin began her career as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at UMass Memorial Health in February 2019 after earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Baylor College of Medicine. She works in all fields of anesthesia at all campuses of the Medical Center and is currently the Director for Student Nurse Anesthetists. Prior to becoming a CRNA, Kerianne worked as a cardiac ICU nurse in Texas and Arizona. She joined the Advanced Practice Committee in 2021.

Kerinna Silvestri has worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at UMass Memorial Medical Center since 2004. She graduated from Boston College School of Nursing in 1999, and she worked as a NICU nurse at both Yale-New Haven Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Kerinna earned her Master of Science (MS) at Northeastern University School of Nursing in 2004 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the Case Western University School of Nursing in 2008.
