Mental health is more common to talk about than it once was, and with good reason. Mental health is just as important as physical health when it comes to your overall well-being. But in any given year, 1 in every 4 adults will experience a mental health condition. In fact, more than 1 in 5 U.S. adults live with a mental illness.  

UMass Memorial Health offers mental health therapy, counseling and medication management treatment plans for all ages.

Our Outpatient Mental Health Department includes several specialty services, including:

• School-based services
