Maternity Center Virtual Tour

Welcome to the Virtual Tour of the Maternity Center at UMass Memorial Medical Center!

We designed this tour as a convenient way for you to explore the Maternity Center from the comfort of your home. Whether you're preparing to welcome your first baby or adding to your family, this virtual experience will help prepare you for the journey ahead. We look forward to being part of this exciting moment in your life! 

Explore our thoughtfully designed spaces, from the labor and delivery rooms to postpartum suites and specialized care areas. Once you enter the virtual tour, use the play button at the bottom left of the tour screen for an automated tour or navigate the tour on your own by using the tools described below. 

Getting Around in the Virtual Tour

Main Entrance to Tour

This is the main menu. The play icon brings you on a guided tour.  You can also go room-to-room by selecting what you want to see.

Upon Your Arrival at the Medical Center's Memorial Campus

  • 5 am to 8 pm: Enter the hospital through the main entrance. Take the East (“E”) elevators to the 4th floor. 
  • 8 pm to 5 am:  Use the Emergency Department entrance. A caregiver will escort you to the Maternity Center.
  • Your driver may drop you off at the main entrance or the Emergency Department before proceeding to a parking area.
  • Accessible self-parking: Follow the signs to the main visitor parking garage.
  • Valet parking: Available at the main entrance for a flat daily fee from 5:30 am to 8:30 pm, Monday through Friday; and 8 am to 8:
