The self-service password reset tool can be used as an alternative method to calling our IS Support Center when a caregiver needs to reset their UMass Memorial Health password.
Information Services has implemented a self-service password reset tool that is now available for all caregivers to use if or when they have forgotten their network password. This more modern and more secure process is similar to the password reset functionality used by personal banking, credit card companies, retailers, etc. which caregivers may already be using or are familiar with. Please note: In order to use the self-service password reset tool, all caregivers should add their personal email and/or personal cell phone number and personal cell phone carrier to the My Information Page of the IS Self-Service Portal in ServiceNow using this link.
