At UMass Memorial, we do more than just encourage our employees to always keep learning. We also offer tuition assistance programs to reimburse our employees for continuing their education.
Eligibility
Non-union employees who work in a position budgeted for 20+ hours/week, and who have worked for UMass Memorial for 3 months before taking their first class, are eligible for reimbursement. The amount we reimburse is based on each employee’s budgeted hours when the class begins and ranges from 50–80 percent. Employees represented by a collective bargaining agreement are also eligible for tuition assistance.
What’s Covered
UMass Memorial can cover the costs of classes from accredited colleges or universities, including online courses offered at those accredited institutions. All courses must provide a grade or a pass/fail outcome.
