Whether you are recovering from a surgery or have a serious illness, our team of nurses, physicians, and patient care assistants are here to help you get well. When you’re a patient on our floors, we handle all your medical concerns, and work with primary care physicians, specialists, or surgeons as needed.
With 50 beds in two units in our Southbridge hospital, our inpatient medical/surgical (“Med/Surg”) floors feature personalized care while offering our patients comfort and technology. State-of-the-art offerings for patients include the overhead lift system, cardiac telemetry, and vital signs monitoring equipment. We also have a direct nurse call system to facilitate patient care and an integrated electronic medical record system.
Our private and semi-private rooms, flat-screen TVs, are great additions to provide that extra TLC.
We also have a comprehensive food services program, which allows you to order meals for yourself and a guest and have them delivered right to your bedside. Our clinical dietitians are on hand to help you choose the best foods for your individual medical needs, and provide onsite consultations in your room.
We have seen consistently high scores in recent state and national healthcare surveys on inpatient satisfaction measures. See our rating on HospitalCompare.
Harrington also has a state-of-the-art monitoring system designed to improve support to patients in its Intensive Care Unit (ICU), known as the eICU program.
