SPENCER, Mass. – July 22, 2014 – Harrington HealthCare System has hired Internal Medicine Physician Ryan Fillipon, D.O., for its Harrington HealthCare at Spencer office.
Dr. Fillipon, who starts in August, will join two Primary Care Physicians in the office — Talal Bou-Harb, M.D., and his brother, Nicholas Fillipon, D.O. Dr. Ryan Fillipon previously worked with the two physicians before taking a position in Connecticut at Whitney Internal Medicine in Hamden, Conn., three years ago.
“Harrington is very happy to welcome Doctor Ryan Fillipon back to Spencer,” said Harrington President and CEO Edward H. Moore. “With his arrival, we will have three very popular and respected Primary Care Physicians serving the needs of Spencer and the surrounding communities.”
Harrington HealthCare System, based in Southbridge, expanded its catchment area to the north when it opened the Spencer office at 118 North Main Street in early 2013. Harrington has built out the space to also include laboratory and diagnostic imaging services as well as specialists.

Dr. Ryan Fillipon earned his medical degree from New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
