Provider of the Year Award

The Harrington Provider of the Year award is given annually to a provider who embodies one or more characteristics of a true and valued leader. The award started in 2011 and has been an annual tradition each fall at our provider recognition event.

Nominations are judged on:
• Reasons why a provider was nominated;
• Number of nominations received;
• Active medical staff membership (required)

Provider, employees, community members, patients, business owner, volunteers and board members of Harrington HealthCare System are eligible to submit nominations (one nomination per person).

The Provider of the Year Award Winner must embody the following characteristics:
caring • collegial • quality • safety • leadership • cooperation • integrity • flexible • diversity • available • reliable

The winner(s) are announced at our annual Provider Recognition Event in November.
