SOUTHBRIDGE, Mass. – October 21, 2015 – Deneene Doyker-Booth, a board-certified pain management physician and anesthesiologist, has joined Harrington HealthCare System’s Pain Management Department. Harrington HealthCare System services 21 communities across South Central Massachusetts and Northeastern Connecticut.
Dr. Doyker-Booth will be joining Dr. Kate Mason at the Pain Center’s new location at 94 South Street in Southbridge, to treat patients dealing with chronic pain issues.
Dr. Doyker-Booth, who lives in East Windsor, Conn., joins Harrington from Hartford Hospital’s Pain Treatment Center and The Spine and Pain Institute, where she worked as an Interventional Pain Management Specialist. She graduated with her medical degree from University of Connecticut and completed her fellowship Tufts University School of Medicine.
According to Kristin Morales-Lemieux, Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer of Harrington Physician Services, a group of primary and specialty physicians, “In relocating our Pain Center, we are able to provide our patients with a more comprehensive service line and in-office X-ray services, which creates a better patient experience. We are excited to bring Dr. Doyker-Booth on board to add an experienced physician to help with the growing need for pain specialists in the area.”
Dr. Doyker-Booth uses a new interventional approach to joint pain, specifically for knee and hip pain and also offers services to patients suffering from pelvic pain. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society and the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
