CHARLTON, Mass. – May 18, 2015 – Harrington Physician Services has added urologic-oncologists from UMass Memorial Medical Center to its practice at 20 Southbridge Road, part of the Harrington HealthCare at 169 building. Harrington Physician Services is an affiliate of Harrington HealthCare System.
Dr. Jennifer Yates and Dr. Mitchell Sokoloff are accepting appointments for new patients. They join Dr. Robert Cherry and Dr. J. Paul Reheis—both of Harrington Physician Services—in caring for patients with a variety of urologic conditions.

Dr. Yates received her medical degree from St. Louis University of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. She is an Assistant Professor of urology at UMass Medical School. She completed a residency at Rhode Island Hospital and a fellowship at Hackensack University Medical Center in NJ.
Dr. Sokoloff is board certified in urology, having received his medical degree from Stanford University of Medicine. He completed a residency from UCLA Medical Center and a fellowship from the University of Virginia Medical Center. Dr. Sokoloff is the Chair of urology of UMass Memorial Medical Center and a professor and Chair of the urology department at UMass Medical School.
Urologic-oncology is a sub-specialty of urology that deals with cancers of the urinary system and male reproduction system, including cancers of the kidney, adrenal gland, bladder, and prostate.
“Adding Dr. Yates and Dr. Sokoloff to our office creates a multidisciplinary team of physicians who can diagnose and treat different urologic and urology-oncology conditions,” said Kristin Morales, Executive Director for Harrington Physician Services. “Patients receive a coordinated care plan from specialists while receiving services close to home.”
