SOUTHBRIDGE, Mass. – October 14, 2013 – Richard G. Listerud, M.D., a Board-Certified Psychiatrist, has joined Harrington Behavioral Health Services as Director of Recovery Services.
Dr. Listerud will work with recovery, dual diagnosis, and adult psychiatric patients. Dr. Listerud, who is fluent in both English and Spanish, will provide services at the Harrington HealthCare System offices in Southbridge and Dudley.
He comes to Harrington from the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, where he has worked in the Inpatient and Outpatient Psychiatry Departments. Dr. Listerud is also an Affiliate in Psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
He received his degree in Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dr. Listerud completed his Residency in Psychiatry at UMass and his Internship in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, at Rhode Island Hospital, Brown University School of Medicine.
