SOUTHBRIDGE, MA, April 26, 2018 – Harrington Physician Services welcomes Dr. Gennady Gelman to its Sturbridge Family Medicine office.
Dr. Gelman will be providing routine and preventive care for all ages at 128 Main Street, Suite 4, in Sturbridge, beginning in May. He will be joined by HPS Nurse Practitioner Shanell Vance.
Dr. Gelman received his medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine, New York State/American Program in Tel Aviv, Israel and completed a residency in Family Medicine at Hunterdon Healthcare in Flemington, NJ. He previously worked at the HPS Webster office from 2013 to 2016, and most recently practiced family medicine in Hallandale Beach, Florida.
Dr. Gelman has special interest in improving the electronic medical records (EMR) process. He was a medical informatics officer from 2014-2016 and will continue to enhance EMR functionality at Harrington.
